Register Your Kids for King's Quest!

Parents of pre-K thru 5th graders: Have you signed up your kids for King’s Quest? It begins on September 12!! Please fill out the registration form on the Children's Ministry page and return to heather@northshore1.org.

King's Quest

Children ages Pre-k through 5th grade are invited to join us on Sunday mornings from 10:15am to 11:15am at either location.

During this hour we will actively study scripture as children learn to engage God's Word through various dimensions such as art, drama, storytelling, music, etc.  Children learn that they are an important part of the church, God's family, as they are taught by teachers and shepherds who are committed to building relationships with them.

King's Quest begins Sept 12th!  Please fill out the registration form for your pre-k thru 5th graders and return to the office or to heather@northshore1.org.

We need your help!

Shepherds--volunteer in the same classroom each week.  They get to know the children and build relationships with them.  They do not have to teach or prepare a lesson.  They can stay in the classroom all year or rotate from month to month with another volunteer. 

Teachers--teach a lesson each week to a different age group.  Teachers teach for one month and then rotate off.  Teachers may teach as much as they want to through out the year. 

Our need--

• Teachers for each month at both locations.
• Shepherds for Pre K, K and 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and 4th and 5th. 

Children's Worship

In Children's Worship we will open up scripture to see who God is, how He deals with His people, and how He provided a way to Himself through the work of His Son, Jesus, on the cross.  Object lessons and activities are often incorporated to help illustrate and illuminate the gospel.  We also worship our Creator and Savior for what He has done for us through song at the beginning and end of the time we spend together.

Paticipants-Ages Kindergarten through 2^nd grade are welcome to join us.

Location-We meet at the Mississippi Ave location in the King's Quest area.  Please bring your children to us at the time in the service when children who would like to participate are dismissed.  Please pick up your children as soon as the service is over.

Schedule-We will follow the same schedule as King's Quest.
